Safety is our absolute priority. Your luggage is always under the control of our qualified staff, from pickup to delivery. You will be notified by email at every event, and you will receive a WhatsApp message to communicate any eventuality with Ambrogio in total peace of mind. We are liable for loss or damage up to €150 per bag, of which no more than €50 for the container alone: keep electronics, medicines and valuables with you.
Pickup and delivery take place at the time shown in your booking. If we are more than 20 minutes late for reasons attributable to us, we refund the whole booking: write to info@ambrogio.online.

Yes. Until midnight of the day before pickup, cancellation is free with a full refund. On the pickup day, more than 2 hours in advance, you get a 50% refund. 2 hours or less before pickup no refund is due. You can cancel from the Customer Area or by writing to support.
Dangerous or prohibited items: explosives and fireworks, gas and cylinders, flammable liquids, aerosol cans, corrosive or toxic substances, weapons, drugs, loose lithium batteries and high-capacity power banks, animals and plants, perishable goods. Keep cash, jewellery, valuables and identity or travel documents with you.
